Swerve Robotics is hosting our coding work on CodePlex to garner feedback from and to support the larger FIRST community and others interested in robotics.
Swerve Robotics is a community robotics club based in Woodinville, WA.
This CodePlex project began as a way to share and manage the student work of our two FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge
) robotics teams.
FTC utilizes the LEGO NXT / Mindstorms
controller and (primarily) PITSCO Tetrix
parts to complete annual challenges.
FIRST, is a robotics program For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. FTC targets high school students ages 14-18. We practice gracious professionalism, which means that we strive to achieve the highest level of competition possible through collaboration, outreach, teamwork and good sportsmanship.
Keeping with the ethos of FIRST, we have created this space to share software and programming tools with other teams. In the hopes that our sharing can inspire others as well as others can contribute back to us.
Swerve Robotics utilizes RobotC
from Carnegie Mellon as their development environment and language of choice.
